Shipping and Returns
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
 

We do not accept online payments. After you place your order we will contact you for payment.
We do accept credit cards - Visa and Mastercard, as well as, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, Cheque By Mail*, Wire Transfer, Money Order and Cash.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  We ship by either Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Priority Overnight or Canada Post (International Orders Only). Shipping is automatically calculated prior to selecting your payment option.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered the Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
  All of us at Supreme Silver will do our best to satisfy our customers; however, we realize that on occasion there may be a problem with your order. You have 20 days from the day you receive your order to inspect it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your merchandise then you may return them within 20 days in original condition for a refund or exchange. We will pay the return shipping fee by means of a $10 credit on your next order. This $10 credit will only apply one time to each order.

Return any unused item back to us in its original packaging. The item number and our suggested retail price of the each item must be clearly written on the packaging. A copy of the original invoice must accompany returns. We recommend that you ship the item(s) insured because we do not offer refunds or exchanges on packages that become lost or damaged.

Please note: All returns are subject to our approval. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered or damaged in anyway. Special order items may not be exchanged or refunded. Also, there is no exhange or refund on items purchased in the 'Specials-50%' category. Returns not approved by us do not qualify for the $10 return shipping credit.
