Q: What is sterling silver?
A: Pure 100% silver looks bright and white and is extremely soft. In order to enhance its beauty and durability fine silver jewelry is made of sterling silver. This is composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper alloy.

Q: Are your products made of sterling silver?
A: We guarantee that all of our goods are 925 Sterling Silver. We have been in the jewelry business for more than 25 years. We have very high quality standards and manufacture with only the best quality silver.

Q: Why does silver tarnish?
A: Over a period of time silver jewellery starts to show changes in colour and turns a yellowish tint ot deep yellow and even black. This is the tarnishing of silver and is a natural process. This is caused by the silver coming in contact with the sulfur in the air.

Q: What is rhodium plating?
A: All of our silver jewellery is rhodium plated. Rhodium is a precious metal and a member of the platinum family. We plate our sterling silver jewellery with rhodium to give each piece a very expensive white reflective look that is nearly identical to platinum jewelry. The rhodium plating also helps the silver pieces resist scratching and it protects the pieces from natural tarnishing.

It is important to be aware that the rhodium plating does not last forever. The plating can wear away depending on how frequently the rhodium plated silver piece comes in contact with your skin or other elements.

Q: Does your silver contain any nickel?
A: All our silver is guaranteed to be free of nickel.

Q: How do I care for my rhodium plated silver jewellery?
A: Clean your rhodium plated silver jewellery with a 100% cotton cloth or a special sterling silver cleaning cloth or very soft bristle brush. Never use any chemicals on your rhodium plated silver items and don't use polishing cloths that are intended for use on uncoated silver or for gold jewelry. Also, don't place your rhodium plated silver jewellery in an ultrasonic cleaner and never use abrasives or silver dips of any kind or any ammonia based product.

Q: Are my personal details safe?
A: Yes. We use a secure server and all administration pages use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. This prevents any third parties to view your personal information. And we do not in any way give, sell or rent out any of your personal information.
