To qualify for Supreme Silver wholesale pricing you must provide us with your resale tax license number and company information. Also, we require a minimum order of $150 CND before taxes and shipping.
There will be an extra charge for postage and handling.
Provinces within Canada that have the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will have this tax added on to the cost of their order. Provinces with the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 12%, 13% or 15% will have this tax added on to the cost of their order. Foreign buyers, with proper identification, are exempt from both GST and HST.
You have the option of back ordering an item if it is still available from our factory. To expedite your order, we occasionally substitute back-ordered items with similar merchandise. If you would like for us to not substitute items then please let us know this when placing your order. If instructed to not substitute, we will ship all in-stock items right away and ship any back-ordered items as soon as we receive them.
All of us at Supreme Silver will do our best to satisfy our customers; however, we realize that on occasion there may be a problem with your order. You have 20 days from the day you receive your order to inspect it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your merchandise then you may return them within 20 days in original condition for a refund or exchange. No refund or exchange after this time period.
Return any unused item back to us in its original packaging. The item number and our suggested retail price of each item must be clearly written on the packaging. A copy of the original invoice must accompany returns.
We recommend that you ship the item(s) insured because we do not offer refunds or exchanges on packages that become lost or damaged.
Please note: All returns are subject to our approval. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered or damaged in anyway. Special order items may not be exchanged or refunded. Also, there is no exchange or refund on items purchased in the 'Specials-50%' category.
All special sale items will be sold at the sale price. No additional discounts or promotions apply to these items.
The 10% off for the E-Newsletter sign up only applies to your first order and does not apply to any item in the 'Specials-50%' category.
Infrequently, errors may be displayed on our site. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors that do occur and we do not honor inaccurate prices.
