All of us at Supreme Silver will do our best to satisfy our customers; however, we realize that on occasion there may be a problem with your order. You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to inspect it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your merchandise then you may return them within 7 days in original condition for a refund or exchange. No refund or exchange after this time period.

Return any unused item back to us in its original packaging. The item number and our suggested retail price of each item must be clearly written on the packaging. A copy of the original invoice must accompany returns. We recommend that you ship the item(s) insured because we do not offer refunds or exchanges on packages that become lost or damaged.

Please note:
All returns are subject to our approval. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered or damaged in anyway. Special order items may not be exchanged or refunded.
Also, there is no exchange or refund on items purchased in the 'Specials-50%' category.
